Just ordered two of the lilac and ivy 3-wick ones on my iphone! Then I got on my computer 5 minutes later and they were sold out! It says everything went through! These are a GREAT deal! Hope they really get here before Christmas!

my cart showed ‘shipping- free’ up until the very last page- confirmation of order, where they tacked on $8.00. that is not right! it said, free for the 3 previous screens, then i added my cc info and pushed ‘order’. wow, makes the deal not so great…

Free shipping was only till 1pm et. I placed my order when it was exactly 1pm, and submitted, then noticed the $8 they had tagged on afterwards. Just called customer service at 1-866-235-5443 and asked them if they would kindly waive the fee as it had shown shipping fee as $0.00 when I placed the order.
And yes, they did waive the fee… )

i did the same, Tourquoice- order confirmation was sent at 10:01 am (i’m on the westcoast) and i called and the friendly customer service rep said that once my order shipped, they would credit the $8.00 shipping.

I noticed the $8 shipping and decided it wasn’t as great of a deal so I hesitated. Not to mention right when I got to ‘step 4’ they said my order was all of a sudden out of stock. I guess it wasn’t meant to be.
Now it is saying free shipping for home fragrance items if you spend over $50, otherwise its $8. 🙁

I was able to get a few of the little votives, hope they aren’t too small and smell good. I was hoping for the big ones. Their website said available “In Store” also. So I went to our Belk store and they didn’t have any and the clerk in the Home dept had never heard of them!

I went to a store and found them (near cosmetics). They weren’t marked as being on sale, but I asked the clerk for a price check, and they they were $1.99!
Many out of stocks however, I was able to get one Lilac & Ivy 3-wick and 10 of the 2.5 oz. (2 of each flavor) Yeah shipping was 8 bucks, but my total would’ve been $129.50 and I paid only $21.89. So, I’m just going to look at it as a saving of $107.61, and forget the shipping. Thanks Collin! I looove candles!
