And, as I’ve mentioned before, my Kiddos get mad at the sun quite often when we’re driving. They’ll start talking to the sun nicely, at first. “Sun, please move. I will give you my juice if you will just move out of my eyes. OK, I’m mad at you NOW Sun…. MOM, DAD, the sun is hurting my eyes. Stop the car and turn around! I’m serious. Don’t laugh at me. SUN, GO AWAY!”…and this goes on… and on. Does this situation ever happen in your car?!
Anyway, the point of my little story – having sunglasses on hand at all times makes yelling at the sun not happen quite as often which in turn makes our car travels a lot more pleasant! 😉
Oh yes! My daughter gets so mad at the sun. She is constantly telling the sun to get away from her eyes. She says “stupid sun. I can’t see.” lol. Then,she always asks me for an extra pair of sunglasses.
Hahaha, I love your kid’s commentary about the sun! Mine have done the SAME thing, like the sun is somehow out to get them?? I now carry their sunglasses in my purse, too (yay for more for me to carry ;)), and we have TONS of them around (I think I ordered one of these one time and got some from the Disney Store a year ago super clearanced for under $1) so USUALLY they wear them and feel better. 🙂 I also found out that blue eyes (which we all have) are more senstive to the sun, and I know that I wear my sunglasses year round, so I don’t know why it didn’t at first occur for me to have them do that, too. Good UV protection. 🙂

I don’t see where the option is to have a mixed pair of boys and girls? The descriptions seem straightfoward in terms of what is listed next to the SKU#. The graphic of the sunglasses lists as if its for both genders.Am I missing something?
I don’t think you can get a mixture. The way I read it is you get a mixture of styles for boys OR girls. Who knows, though…I could be wrong. But I believe it’s one or the other.

I bought these for my son a couple of years ago and was pleasantly surprised at what we received. Of the 10 pairs, I think maybe 7 or 8 were character ones, including Transformers, Cars, Hot Wheels, Spiderman and Batman. Definitely a great deal.

Gotta love when your kids get mad at the sun! A few weeks ago my poor two year old put his jacket completely over his face and wouldn’t move it until he saw it was “safe” to come out. Also my five year old will ask me to turn on the air conditioning when the sun is in his eyes because he thinks it will help the heat from the sun not hurt his eyes. Sometimes I want to complain right along with them though! LOL

So has anyone received their sunglasses yet? I tried checking my order status and it still says awaiting fulfillment. I tried contacting Graveyard Mall and an email was sent back 3 days later…stating they were out of stock and had the necessary quantities to fill orders, yet my order still has not been filled. Im a little skeptical here on this…

I got mine too. I’m a bit disappointed, though. I ordered the boy ones and got 4 boy pair (3 are hot wheels) and 2 girl pairs. Oh well, when the sun’s in his eyes in the car, he won’t care if they’re pink and purple 🙂
