That coupon is for decorating ICINGS though not ITEMS.

If you have a Win-co by you, the sprinkles cost about $1.25 and the icing is around $1.50, so you could get both for free. Hope that helps.

The coupon on SmartSource.com is NOT the same. The circular coupons is for 2 decorating items and the printable is for 2 decorating icings.
It’s for decorating icings not sprinkles.
The white Icing is only $1.25 at the Commissary so .50 overage if you can find it
Woo hoo, I got it in Northern CA! My only question is: what counts as a decorating item? Is it just sprinkles and icing, or would frosting, icing tips, etc. count also?
