That’s weird that you don’t qualify. It does state that you have to receive the special email but I did it through Collin’s link and got it. I finally got the email after I did it. See if you have the email and try going through that link. Other than that, I’m clueless.
It looks like they have this promotion the 3rd Thursday of each month. I just received my free Cascadian Farms Peanut Butter Granola Bar from April. Delicious!
