Tesoro Gallons for Grades Program: Earn a FREE $10 Gas Gard w/ Good Grades (Select States)
If you are a junior high, high school or college student between the ages of 13-23 and you live in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington or Wyoming, then you can take advantage of the Tesoro Gallons for Grades Program.
Through August 31st, head on over here to complete the registration form and to upload your Grade Report. If you have a grade average of A, you’ll snag a FREE $10 Tesoro reward card and if you have a grade average of B, you’ll snag a FREE $5 reward card. Note that a minimum course/class load of 4 courses/classes is required to qualify for a reward. The reward card can be used for gasoline, diesel fuel, food or merchandise (excluding alcohol and tobacco products) sold at any participating Tesoro retail location. Awesome! 😀
Fine Print: Limit one submission per participant. If the Participant is at least 13 years old and under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian will need to submit the Grade Report on behalf of the Participant. The Grade Report must be issued by a junior high school, high school, college or graduate school. Grade Reports from professional schools (e.g., driving school, beauty school, massage therapy school, bartending school) do not qualify. Grade Reports from learning centers (e.g., after school tutors, special language instruction or other supplementary programs) do not qualify. Grade Reports from schools for extracurricular activity (dance or ballet school, art school, sports academy) do not qualify.

I was checking the Tesoro webite to find locations and it looks like USA gas and Shell are affialiates. I wonder if this card can be used at those as well. Its not for me but for my super smart brother and sister =)
I called customer service and the card can only be used at Tesoro.
Found out about this a few days ago- SO taking advantage of this! As a commuting college student, I need all the help I can get! Guess my 4.0 this semester will pay off… 🙂
