Their return policy is not so cut and dry. Make sure you understand the return shipping policy before you buy and return. You have to pay to ship it back and then if they determine the reason you are returning the item(s) is their error then they will reimburse the shipping. You can return it to the store also but you have to get return authorizations beforehand and they expire after 48 hrs. Some stuff can’t be returned to a store and some stuff has different time limits on how long you have to return.
Oh, and the above is for Sears, don’t know about Lands’ End
