I wanted to complain about my customer service experience with littlemissmatched….last time you posted a 40% off deal i ordered 40 dollars worth of socks for my 2 girls. I received someone else’s order entirely, with her personal information in the box, but my shipping label on the outside (and her order sucked lol)…so I called to get my order and to send hers back and they told me it would take 48 business hours to have a customer service call me back. THAT IS CRAZY! I then complained on their facebook page, and was able to email with someone, who then sent me 10 packages of my socks, not the 12 i had ordered because 2 were sold out …. and i mailed the other ladies stuff back. it was a nightmare and they should have much better customer service for high priced items. I really want this bike for my daughter and have had it in my cart for weeks, but I am scared to order because I know there is little customer service to back it up
oh and before i even received the wrong order, it took 16 days to get the wrong stuff…so their shipping is slow too!
Well it would be hard to mess up shipping.g a bike.
I understnad poor coustomer service burn out and not wanting to use a company again.

Wow, I just had so much fun! I won the $50 GC a few months back and had been saving it, so my $50 turned into $83 plus free shipping. I was able to get two water bottles, one dry bag (my husband will love it for canoeing!), one pair of women’s socks for me, one for my mom, one for each of my sisters, and one for my new niece. So excited right now!!!!!

my daughter is almost 7, and average to tall height. i think i’ll get her the 20. she’s on a 16 and she looks like a giant! don’t want to buy another next year 😉 my 5 year old has a 16 and it’s perfect for her- so if your daughter is under 6 and small, i’d get the 18! hth
