Remember the Nextdoor Social Network for Neighbors referral offer that I posted about earlier this month?! Well, much to my delight, I opened my mailbox on Saturday and was more than ecstatic to find a $50 Starbucks Gift Card (a result of referring my sidekick, Mary, to the Nextdoor Social Network!). And even better, Mary received a $50 Starbucks Gift Card as well. Awesome!

    Collin you may want to verify this, but after looking at the offer more closely, you have to sign up to qualify for the Starbucks offer separately from the regular sign up. After you sign up go the Nextdoor.com Home Page and you should see this at the top “Build community over coffee. Refer a friend to start a NEW Nextdoor website for their neighborhood and you’ll both get $50 Starbucks Cards!”. You need to click on that link to sign up for the Starbucks offer which actually requires you to invite someone who starts a NEW Nextdoor Neighborhood website. If your invitee’s neighborhood already exist on Nextdoor.com that referral will not count towards the Starbucks offer. Also, the referral link for the Starbucks offer is different then the invite link at regular sign up.

        Hi Julie,
        I checked my Nextdoor account and it shows you are eligible for the Starbucks gift cards once your neighborhood launches. Here is what it showed: (“Julie R…. Joined May 28, 2013. Started Nextdoor Foot… Eligible for Starbucks Card when website launches.”) Now you just need to invite 10 of your neighbors and have them sign up in the next 21 days. That will launch your Nextdoor neighborhood and we will both get the gift card. Thanks and hope we get it!!

      Hi renee i tried your link i put mi email, and adress and check eligibility and said Good news! We found your address. My questions is i qualified or need 10 friends to qualified the problem i dont see my nextdoor starbucks link really appreciated the help

        Thanks for using my link and starting a New Nextdoor neighborhood. You just need to use your regular link they gave you and invite 10 of your neighbors within the next 21 days and we will both receive a $50 gift card. Doing this officially lunches your neighborhood on Nextdoor.com .

    I don’t have enough friends to do this. You have to have 10 sign up and I don’t even know 10 people in my state much less in my town.
