Buyers beware of Maidenform.com purchases. I purchase bras and underwear because of the great deals and promotion I found on HIP2SAVE. When I received them the items some of the bra and underwear were 1 size smaller. Example: sz 36B measure out to be a 34B or Medium was actually a Small. I called 3 times during their business hours but no one ever picks up. Eventually 1 of the calls went through and I told the agent what the problem was. She said that I could return it but as long as the label is correct it is not defective it is just a style issue and wouldn’t pay for return shipping or refund originally shipping if there were any. I also need to pay for tracking so that the item doesn’t get lost because they are not responsible for that as well. The return address on their website is not correct.
I want to add that I have been wearing Maidenform bras for over 10 years now but have also purchased it at MACY’s during their 1DaySALE and use a $10 coupon on top of that. The deals are good but there aren’t much style so I decided to go for the online deal since they have more choices in design.
