I saw this freebie earlier, but it wasn’t working for me… however, it does appear to be working better now as I was just able to request one. On the declaration where we put our state and name? Or on the address? I didn’t see it anywhere (nor did I see the free bra being mentioned)
I believe Marilynn is talking about her experience of filling the form out YESTERDAY, according to comment #3 below. It is not working TODAY. Thanks though.

Twice yesterday I got the form filled out, and the “thank you” page would never fully load so I don’t know if I got it or not. Can’t believe after this long that there are still any left of the 20,000. It sure doesn’t want to load any better today.
I don’t see anything about a free bra anywhere…. Just a declaration…
scroll to the bottom and put in your name and state or whatever it asks and hit submit, then you will get the form to fill out

After this form a different form came up with address and size and underwire or not I guess y didn’t get this form it popped up for me

I just got mine in the mail from the last time this was available.
I did it this morning and did put in my size and everything, but it didn’t say anything about a free bra, so I am a little unsure about this one.
I filled out the form with size, but didn’t receive any sort of confirmation-oh well. If I get a free bra, then great!
Filled out a form and submitted. At that point, I was redirected back to the Playtex website homepage.
Oh My some of my bloggers that I subcribe to on facebook are now posting that if you did sign up for the free bra we are not going to get any because this sweepstakes ended in August is this true?

I signed the “Braclaration” (stupid name) on the first page, then it said to “sign if you fully support our Braclaration” so I put my email and address … no mention of a free bra or size. Strange.

It said nothing at all about a free bra or asked for size for me either. And the “Thank You” page after the form simply said “Thank You! Now that you’ve declared your right to a great bra, let us continue to keep you in the know.” Then it asks you to sign up for the newsletter. Then at the bottom it says “Thanks for signing and feel free to browse our latest styles” with a link. Again, nothing about a free bra.
No size place to fill out on the form. 🙁

If this Free Bra deal ended August 12th, 2013 then why are they still having people sign that Bra delceration AND fill out a page with your name, address and e-mail ???? P.S. – As of just a minute ago i did all this and then it said the “Thank You” look at our regular page or something like that. It was just now that i see Yoko’s comment with the dates of this promotion. JMO but they should shut this down. Don’t make ppl fill out their info if it’s for nothing….

Yeah, this was all over the internet yesterday, and yesterday the page did let people sign up with their size and preference, now they changed that, I’m hoping this was some super-secret “extra” giveaway since a lot of people complained about not getting anything from their last one, even though the page said they would.
I’m way too late for this but…I’m confused about it saying Playtex Bali Bra – that’s two different companies. I must not have read it all.

Once I supplied all of my personal information- after spending nearly 30 mins- a screen popped up saying the free bra promotion expired on Aug. 12th.
I got a formal message when I went into it that said this giveaway ended August 12th. 🙁
