Is anyone else not getting the regular mobile coupon offers. I can still get the fresh and lunchbag ones but when I text offers it says this program is temp. inactive. Anyone else?

I think offers expired already. I got the same msg and gives a. 800# to contact corporate.
I did not get any new mobile coupons either last wkend. The set with the bogo accessories exp on the 4th, so a new set should have been sent on the 5th.
Pamela – not sure if this is for all of just Verizon folks, but I received a # ‘please respond to this text (new law/rules) or you will no longer receive our offers…Target was one of them.
As was Kohls, Bed, Bath and Michael’s.

I get the same thing.
My friend gets the same thing and she has AT&T/iPhone and was unable to get the mobile coupons the other week when they had that watch deal. There is definitely something wrong, not sure why some people get it.
Snagged mine back at lunch — I totally recommend the salted caramel frosted cookies…heaven!

be careful. The cartwheel app wouldn’t work at all the other day. The cashier told me there was “nothing she could do about it” and she refused to call a manager or anything.
next time, take your receipt to CS to calculate the % off and so they can refund the difference.
Same thing happened to me today, too. I’m used to my phone not working with the scanner, but this cashier didn’t even try to scan it twice like everyone else there usually does. She had me in such a bad mood because she’s the only rude cashier I’ve encountered at that Target since I moved nearby for grad school. I got my percentage off at CS and proceeded to leave a bag with coffee, icecream, and pens there! Have to go back tomorrow to grab them again. I had less trouble when I thought I left a 40 dollar DS game at my hometown Target than I did tonight! Unfortunately, my coffee did not ever show up magically like the game did, or I wouldn’t be dragging right now! ; )
when that deal was going on with that BOGO accessory i had a coupon for me and one for my mom so we got 4 items so 2 would be free. we were doing seperate transactions. we didnt get expensive items i think most were under $20. but anyway the first transaction went good. then she still had the paper(coupon) she scanned first. she scanned the next 2 items and scanned the coupon she already scanned then the coupon we still had left. it didnt work. i told her that she probably cancelled it or something by scanning both. she wouldnt listen so i could use the coupon again.
Just got the app for it and it shows that the coupon expired today, finger crossed that it will work today 🙂

I just got back from my Target and got a container of each. A huge thank you to Collin and Totally Target. I needed to get treats for a friend and I really didn’t have it in the budget. I just got cookies and cupcakes for $3 total. Thank you thank you so much….
PS most of the dates for the cupcakes and sugar cookies were into mid Nov. You can buy it now and use it in the next 2-4 weeks!
