anyone else running into problems with the Fa code and the 3free code? I added a bra to my cart and got the vsecret code to work but the others aren’t. the bra is 24.75 and it’s on sale but not on clearance so I dont understand why it’s not working

I cannot get the FA code to work for a regular bra. Does it maybe have to be in the “pink” section only? Although, I added a regular price bra from the pink section and it also did not work. I’d rather pay a little more and get a bra I’ll actually wear.

Make sure it’s not on sale. I tried to use it on one that was marked 2/49.50 (not realizing it at first) and found out it didn’t work.
For me the FA code did not work unless I already had the panty in the cart.
It has to be the metallic or the black bra top. Must be the $24.50 bra.
I hope my sale works then. I just bought the Pink Bra Top in the floral print, $19.50 used the FA code and it removed $10 making the total $9.50. I used the vsecret code and it added the extra gift card, paid through paypal but forgot to add the thong to my order oops, but for $15.49 out of pocket plus 2 gift cards I can live with that. 🙂
I think it has to be a regular priced bra for it to go through. It happened to me too but then I did the bra top like collin and it worked.

I got a Victoria secret catalog in the mail the other day with a card inside for $10/$10 purchase…could that be used with this deal do you think?
I was able to use a $10 off certificate that I got in a catalog. I purchased the floral leopard bra top, lace waist hiphugger, and added a clearance panty for $3.99 to bring my total over $10. Then I used the codes FA1338617, VSECRET, and my $10 certificate. My total including shipping and tax came to $10.59. I figure even if I only get the reward card for buying the bra it is still a great deal.

I’ve never actually purchased a bra from them… If I get one and it doesn’t fit correctly, is their return policy good? I’m half planning on using reward cards for holiday gifts if I order a bra, and I’m nervous that I’m going to be stuck with something that doesn’t work for me.
I love their bras but if it doesn’t work for you they are lovely when it comes to returns! I bought a bathing suit this passed summer and no questions were asked when I returned it.

One will be thrown in your bag- does not show up on your order, while the other is in a box- this one is the bonus one- that shows up on your order.
Yes, that’s what I am thinking too. It showed the additional card added for purchasing a bra (and using the promo code). I am just assuming the additional one will be included automatically.

I did this also and if you look at the conditions it does not specify it has to be a $10 order either way. I contacted customer service and my order was reviewed and I will be receiving both reward cards.
I also called CS and was told that I would in fact be receiving two cards with my order. I did the deal with the floral leopard bra top, free thong and three fragrance samples.
