I just got off the phone with CS…they said they had to stop it because too many people were rolling the points. you CAN earn points when redeeming points but in this case they had to change it in the computer to do some damage control. if you call they will issue you the points manually but it will take 2-3 days to prevent people from rolling the points and getting a bunch of shoes.
Thanks, just worked for me, yay! Used my 5k points from the Lands End signup, got 10k points 10 minutes after ordering.
Thanks Collin! I rolled at ordered 5 pairs. Don’t forget you can write reviews and get $1 in SYWR points up to $25 per quarter. Love SYWR & this site.
I did NOT know that! So you get $1 per review in points? Thanks for sharing!
where does it say that?
where can I go to write a review?
Also, can’t you go through ebates first to get 6% cash back?
Their prices have increased since earlier today, once you put items in your cart the price goes up 🙁
I am having that problem too… Anybody know why?
Me too! I have no idea why.
Everything is 15% more than the displayed price. It has something to do with the Friends and Family Event savings that ends tomorrow not applying itself to the order when advertised. I spoke to Rowley who said I was wrong about the price and had to clear my cache… and then cut me off when I indicated I still wanted to chat about it. It’s not a cache issue. I was overcharged on my previous order as well and don’t know how to correct it with them.
I’m chatting with customer service now and she says she will check into it
free shipping is now for purchases of $30 and up with a MAX account?? It was for any amount previously.
It said I earned it when I checked out but when I go in to make another purchase it doesn’t let me. Anyone know why and how. HELP! lol
Doesn’t let me apply or see the points is what I mean.
The order needs to be ready for pickup before the point become available.
I was able to roll mine, purchasd 4 pairs for less than 40. I didn’t buy just flats though. May run out to sears to see what’s in store, but I’m excited cause I never buy shoes for myself.
My shoes were just delivered that was some super fast shipping.
Well I also had the problem were the $10 showed up then after I checked out it didn’t show. So I call SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS at 1-800-991-8707 and the lady on the phone manually add them to my account.
So if you didn’t get them just call so they can add your $10 worth of points.
2 out of 3 pairs of shoes were delivered today, that was some super fast shipping. I paid $3.xx oop for all three and I still have 10,300 points to spend! Love deals like this and the shoes are super cute.
I just ordered 2 pairs, got the 10,000 points for each order and now it’s not showing up anymore. Did this suddenly vanish??? I’ve asked customer service and they claim to know nothing about it.
Just ordered 3 pairs earlier…each gave me 10000 points in separate transactions…
