I received a secret card with a past order. Is there a way to find out how much is on the card or are you not able until checkout? Or can you bring up another item with you just in case it’s for more than $10?
I always go online and add items to my cart, then start the checkout process and enter the card number. It will show you how much it has taken off of your order, so you’ll see how much the card is worth, and you can still cancel out of the order 🙂 hth

In store yes, but online they will only let you put on code in for each order.
I was under the impression that you can only use 1 card per transaction, both online and in store..
I’ve only ever been able to redeem one card at a time as well. So if you have a $20 item, you can’t use two $10 rewards cards on it.
The last time I went, my store said they changed the policy so you could use morethan one at a time. They wanted to say yes more than no. Dont know if it was a store policy or the company as a whole.

Sadly I won’t be doing any more of these deals. I placed 2 orders when they gave you 2 secret rewards cards for purchasing a bra and both times they only sent me 1 reward card. I called customer service couple of times and they always came up with an excuse as to why my purchase did not qualify for the 2 rewards cards which honestly made no sense. It’s just not worth it anymore.
I finally received my package in the mail on Friday with what was suppose to have 2 rewards cards. I only received 1, I called right away and told him which code I had used, they asked for my order number and told me they would email me my card. It took about 3 minutes total. I would try to give them a call back.
@ Liz trust me I tried calling them, even spoke with a supervisor. In the end she just gave me a $10 gift card for one of the orders but she said she couldn’t do anything about the second order. They always told me a different thing about why my order didn’t qualify even though I followed the deals exactly as it was posted here. I don’t want to seem greedy but I just think vs needs to honor the orders especially if the codes go through and show up in your order and shipping confirmation.

Did you do the deal where the bra ended up being 9.50 if so that is why because the purchase had to be 10.00 to get the first reward card.

I posted this below, but I wouldn’t hold your breath. Unfortunately I wrote them on the 5th business day asking the status of my card that was supposed to be sent via email and they said that upon further review they found that my order did not qualify. Boo.

Same thing happened to me, and they said 3-5 business days to receive the emailed secret reward card, but I still haven’t gotten anything.
@ Mary they told me the same thing, to allow 3-5 business days so when I didn’t receive it I called back they said my order did not qualify which is why I didn’t receive the second reward card through my email. The customer service reps told me they send the request for a second reward card to be reviewed by another department and if they don’t approve it then pretty much your not going to get it. That there’s nothing they can do. Which is why I’m just not doing any more vs deals
That same thing just happened to me! I wrote them saying that I received only 1 reward card and they wrote me back saying that I would receive one via email in 3-5 business days. I waited until 5 business days and sent them an email following up. I just got a response and they said that they are sorry, but they would not be sending a reward via email because the bra I purchased did not qualify after all. I can’t believe they went back on their word. I wouldn’t have placed the order without the other $10 off the total. Oh well, lesson learned. Hope everyone else has better luck though!

They are meant to be worn over another bra. Its a style trend among younger women. Kind of weird in my opinion, but to each their own.

why would you where over a bra? like a lace cami for show then?
I wear them over a bra for more modesty under low cut tops, so kinda for show.
They are for more than just that- in fact I never thought to wear them over a real bra- I wouldn’t do it with the ruched center ones like this- that would be uncomfortable I’d think. If you have a smaller chest, many women wear these instead of a bra. They are good for those tank tops that have lower arm hole cutout, so your real bra doesn’t show, or see through tops. Neither of which I wear, but some do!
They don’t have support or very much coverage, but I sleep in them sometimes or wear them over a bra under a low-cut top for extra coverage.
I think I’m going to pass this time. I think I have 15 rewards cards, maybe more. I’ll never get to use them all as it is. I don’t even really shop at vs. I guess, if they let you combine cards in the store it’ll be ok. I just don’t wanna spend a ton of OOP to use “free” rewards, KWIM? They don’t send it to everyone. I have never received them at my house address. I have received them at times at my work address (i ship sometimes there, very rarely). So i guess they only send them to certain people who don’t buy much to encourage them.

I did this last time and ordered a bralette, and received an email that said my order was shipped with a tracking number. The next day I received a email saying that my item was discontinued and would not be shipped. I was confused about that and email them. I never received to direct response my question but my order cost was refunded to me. I didn’t expect to get anything but yesterday received a package with the free panty and two secret rewards cards. Still not sure what happened but kind of impressed with that!
Last time i ordered three times. Two orders were shipped, the third one was cancelled because a bralette is not a bra so they said my codes didn’t qualify. I was mad not so much because they cancelled, rather because I wasn’t notified of the cancellation! Very poor customer service !

Yes but if you read the comments above people are not being given the reward cards when their orders are mailed because it was determined after they ordered they didn’t follow the promotion terms. So even after you place your order if they see your order doesn’t meet the terms of the promotion then you may not get the rewards cards. It says in the terms excludes clearance so I wouldn’t expect to get them if I made a clearance purchase.
Yea that makes sense, well I guess I will wait and see.
Maybe it counts the free pink thong as the qualifying pink purchase to get the additional card? And I don’t know what the others ordered that didn’t end up qualifying so I can’t really comment on that. But like I said we’ll see!

None of my orders were clearance. I followed the deals as posted here so I’m not sure what you mean by not following promotion terms. I would like to say that after speaking with a supervisor she informed me most pink bras were excluded from the promotion especially the bandeau and the bralette since they don’t consider those bras. I also ordered an extra bra called the date night bra and that one didn’t qualify either according to them. I know they exclude clearance but the excuses they gave me made no sense and always received a different answer. My friend ordered the same thing and she received 2 rewards which I mentioned to the supervisor and she said some orders slip by them unchecked which is why she received hers and I didn’t.
If my comment doesn’t apply to you then please ignore it but not everyone is following the terms. I know if people don’t follow the terms then they may not get both cards and I’m sure maybe some people did everything right and didn’t get their cards which is wrong of VS not to honor but I wouldn’t be upset to not get the cards if I didn’t follow the terms.
Just wanted to say that it’s not just clearance that doesn’t make an order qualify for 2 secret rewards cards. Well at least for the 2 previous deals posted a supervisor informed me that the 2 secret rewards promotion excludes most pink bras but especially excluded the bandeau and the bralette. To them those are not considered bras. However one of my orders was for a date night bra and they gave me so many excuses as to why that one didn’t qualify either which made no sense. They pretty much want you to get the very expensive bras. The ones $40-50.
It doesn’t mention pink bras aren’t included I think some of the promos required a pink bra purchase and I hope they fix your order. So far I have been lucky enough to get all my cards and if I were you I would contact them again.

For everyone that says they only receiving one Secret Reward card when a code was used for two in one order: check through everything in your order. I thought I only got one, too, when I used the first VSECRET code and called CS. Then I looked through the package and there’s a small flat white box that had the second card in it. This was the same thing as the last code I used EXTRASECRET. The one that is just included in the shipment with no package is the one that goes in EVERY order, but the ones that are bonus Secret Reward cards are packaged separately.

Yes, you can now return online items at the store. I believe they don’t refund you right away though… It’s a weird process where they ship your item back to the VS order facility, then you get refunded when it’s received by them. Hth 🙂

I was able to use codes PINKNOV, and PINKSECRET. Purchased item # VG-294-192 (free), and VQ-305-757 (3.99). Will get 2 secret reward cards with two undies and only paid $10.90 on my VS card (has to be on VS credit card to work). Yay!!!

I was able to get pairs of panties and 2 secret rewards cards for $7.81! I had a $10 code that I got in the mail in a catalog and I had a code for joining the pink nation for a free pair of panties wyb a pink item.
