I called the number that was under the account charge, I kept pushing zero when I called and it finally transferred me to a real person. The lady was super friendly, she said they could send me a refund via a visa prepaid card or a coupon for another free item, I told them whichever was totally okay with me, I’m just glad they made it right without a bunch of hassle!
