These are attractive, but over the years I have finally accepted that I am too rough on nonstick bakeware (surface can’t be sprayed with Pam, or put in the dishwasher, or cut with a sharp knife). So I have switched over to aluminum Nordicware, which is incredibly thick and durable and makes nice crispy edges on whatever I am baking.
