Is anyone else having trouble with their free shipping? I tried to order a doll and it told me that I couldn’t use the promo code.
Same thing here, but if you read the details it’ll state the exclusions. I’m guessing you were trying to use the free shipping code on a clearanced doll and clearance is part of the exclusions unfortunately 🙁
My price is different. It’s $9+ even with store pick up? What am I doing wrong?

Give them a call and see what the status update is. And log in to your account and check there as well. I ordered last week something too and I never received a shipping confirmation, it just was sitting in front of my porch

I never received the p/u email, but when I logged in/looked at my account, it said “ready for p/u”, so I went and picked up. Weird though…
