This is off-topic, but I logged into my Coke Rewards and under Special Offers it said that I have a free 8×8 photo book from Shutterfly. I’m not going to use it, so if anyone would like it, the code is CC73-9M8X-ERCS-R8BAHG. You have to go to http://www.shutterfly.com/mycokerewards to redeem it, and it expires July 31st. Have a great day everyone!

They changed their policy back in April. In order to be eligible to receive the monthly free piece of chocolate, you must have spent at least $10 during the past year.

    • CW

Yup I was just going to say that. You must spend $10 in a yr to get a free piece of chocolate every month

      • Stephanie

Yep. Me too. Was at the mall last week and was old that you had to spend the $10. Bummer.

  3. kala

no not now!! I had the reward card for more than 4 years. when i go to mall i get the free chocolate but last time 2 weeks ago i went to Santana Row, San Jose, CA. the lady said that i have to spend $10 the month to earn that reward. πŸ™ so not sure..

    • Alea

      Not $10 a month – just $10 a year! πŸ™‚

  4. Corinne

I was told they have changed their rewards program and you must make a $10 purchase to activate a free chocolate monthly.

  5. Jessica

Same thing here in PA. You must make a purchase of $10.00 in the previous year to be eligible for the free chocolate.

  6. danneewood

yes…you need to spend 10.00 during the year…but during your birthday month you get a coupon for 10.00 off a purchase over 10.00

  7. Griffey

If you have a See’s Candy near you, they’ll give you a free piece every time you come in. See’s is the nirvana of chocolate!

    • Cassandane

Not a fan of See’s, despite the free sample. It’s too waxy and fruit flavors taste artificial. Esther Price is my all time favorite (especially their chocolate covered cherries ), followed by Godiva!

  8. Mel

Interesting. I have been getting my free monthly chocolate just fine here in Utah!

  9. mrs.kot

Sometimes they do have nice deals/clearance. They sell 3 of the large bars of solid chocolate for $10 total sometimes.

  10. Montanna

It’s $10 in a year. I don’t see how spend $10 over a year is that big of a deal – go buy 4 small bars when they have a sale and boom. There’s your $10.

We’ve been members for two years now. We love it. We spent $20 last month so we got a free box that had 2 pieces in it. Plus the $10 off $10 purchase in your birth month is pretty awesome.

I just wish more stores had the shakes – I love love love them! But they don’t have the machines here in OK. πŸ™

  11. Angie

You also get $10 credit on you birthday when you enroll πŸ™‚ ( at least here in CA) and I literally just foot Godiva for my free piece and my $10 every year

  12. Mary

Does anyone know if the $10 birthday credit has to be used in store or if it is good for online purchases too? Mine is coming up in July πŸ™‚

    • dandee

U can use it online as well

    • Joanna

You can use it online but I believe there’s a minimum to get free shipping. I was also told you cannot use the birthday reward on sales items (i.e. large bars for $10).

  13. Mona

I don’t care much for Godiva chocs. In Belgium they are not considered the best. I think the best are made here in the USA by Sees. They have a nice home made appearance and do not look all stamped out by machine.

  14. ihearthip

I have noticed that there is usually someone walking around with a tray when I go in giving everyone free pieces

  15. Courtney Anne (@helloandgoodbye)

Where I live, in NYC, I was able to get a free piece of chocolate this month and I haven’t bought anything there in quite some time.

  16. Amanda F.

Hit them after major holidays for great sales. πŸ™‚

I was so excited there was a godiva store right downstairs in my building and they just closed it right when I joined the godiva rewards. At least there is still one in the mall.
