Anyone recommend this? I just moved into my first house with hardwood floors. I’ve been using a Swiffer with the wetpads, but doesn’t work that great.
I do not have this model, I have an older model, but I absolutely love mine, and I just bought a dif model for my mom. Def would buy!!! =)
i HIGHLY recommend haan. I dont know if i own this model, but purchased one last year when hip2save gave a sales headsup like this. lightweight and easy to care for. I like you can wash and reuse the pads. i most especially like how it does clean hardwood floors with no streaking (if pad isnt overly saturated) and when you touch your floor, it does feel really clean. it can be somewhat difficult to get really old stains on vinyl, but overall still top-quality item. so glad i dont have to use and touch a nasty mop with that nasty grey murky water. lol
I love this steamer! The customer service is AMAZING! Haan warranties their product for one year, no questions asked. They were quick to send out a replacement cap for the water container. Once it came, it was still not working. Since my steamer has since been discontinued, they are sending me a new one that is considered equivalent or better
I’ve been wanting a steam mop but what makes this one superior to the Dirt Devil Steam Mop Deluxe, PD2000B, which sells for $44.99 regularly? The features seem similar except for the variable heat settings on the Haan.
