I just saw that in their “terms & conditions”. Since I haven’t used PayPal for years, I’m wondering if anyone knows what is meant by “select merchants who accept coupons from PayPal”. Does this apply to most of them? How will I know in advance of creating my order which merchants will accept the coupon?
