Thank you for all your wonderful, hard work Hip2Save, but after reading a bunch of bad reviews (on Ulta eyeshadow)… I think I will pass on this deal.
Ultra’s makeup is junk.. eyeshadows have no pigment – their lipstick is waxy and does not stay on. I would pass. It reminds me of little kids dress-up make up.
Oh man! This is really tempting for makeup junkies! Anyone know how the quality of Ulta store brand makeup is?
I really like it! I have ulta shadows mixed in with my high quality stuff and don’t find any huge difference
I’ve bought a couple of their shadows, liners and blushes and I was super impressed with the quality, they have really vivid pigments (unlike ELF) I was not disappointed whats so ever 🙂
Among the cheap mask-ups, I find Elf’s $1 eyeshadows and Wet n Wild’s $3.99 eyeshadow sets to be very pigmented. Ulta’s doesn’t compare to it in quality. Plus, it’s a lot more expensive. You’re paying for the name.

ulta, elf and wet and wild eyeshadow isn’t pigmented, those are like little kid dress up make-up/junk.
If you use urban decay or japenesque eyeshadow you’ll know pigment, 🙂
A lot of Wet N Wild eyeshadows are actually really pigmented. The $0.99 singles and the 5-color palettes are well known and liked in the makeup community.

Ulta is just ok. It’s not bad makeup, but I find their blushes, eyeshadows, eyeliner doesn’t stay on quite as well as the better brands.

it’s not the worst ( not to crazy about Ulta makeup ), but you can get Loreal, Revlon , Physician Formula etc. cheap too after coupons and sale at Target and drugstores. IMO and HTH
