  Me too. I tried this morning on my iPhone, and then 2 different browsers on my pc. I couldn’t sign up through any of them. Now that I see some others have succeeded, I’m going to try again.

  It worked when I added something for 6.49 so after tax I paid 1.61. So I guess it has to be over 5.00.

  I tried that too and every time I click ‘apply,’ it doesn’t do anything. 😞 I finally have up and emailed customer service but I’m sure by Monday, the free shipping will be over.
