   Can anyone give their opinion on their eyeshadows? I’m looking to get some new colors but concerned that the quality is not very good – do they stay on, are the true to color etc? I’m thinking you get what you pay for but have also heard some of their products are very good.

  Make-up junkie here. Elf brushes are where it’s at but eyeshadow?… Not so much. For eyeshadow, go to the drug store and check out Wet n’ Wild. Yes, Wet n’ Wild. The pigmentation is as good as the high-end brands and it blends really well. Not bad for $2.99. Plus there are coupons available in the newspaper. Hope this helped.

  Also would love to add… Wet and Wild Lipsticks! They are the best. But there is one kind thats the best LOL! Get the ones that are the black twistables not the silver ones. I mean the cover of it should be black not silver. And inside any lipstick color. The black ones are the best and last long!

  @Kelly, I agree with you. My husband used to buy me shiseido lipsticks but when I tried the wet n wild lipsticks(black bottom/clear top) I stayed with it. The colour stays on my lips for hours.

  I would agree to all of this but I must say Elf’s baked eyeshadows were pretty good and I’ve been obsessed with their Smudge Pot Cream shadows all summer long.

  eyeliner pencils are not of great value….bought a five pack, ones with glitter in them….Avon eye pencils with glitter are better as ELF pens don’t show up dark, precise and smear

  I like their cream eyeshadows that are in the pots. Their baked ones with the flip top lid drive me nuts b/c the lid always breaks. I just ordered more of the cream shadow b/c I ran out. I love it.
