        Terrible customer service, items never received, or removed from packaging box and just thrown in for shipment (someone said they received 96 KCups that way). As much as I’d love to get in on this deal, I think I’m going to pass. :/

          As for as Reseller Ratings (most review sites base info on RR)
          To be frank about reviews, reseller ratings is not there to help consumers, they are there to make money. A lot of money. They demand businesses to pay an incredibly high amount of money per month to even respond to the reviews on their site. The more they think you can afford to pay, the more they demand you pay them. They even go as far as to delete good reviews unless we pay them their monthly fee. We started taking screenshots of our customers raving about how much they like us, and later that day, reseller ratings would delete the reviews. If you would like to see some of those screenshots, email support@jamminbutter.com and we will be happy to email you a few 🙂 Some of the reviews listed on their site are not even about us. Customers that have never purchased from us confuse us with another merchant, write a review and we cannot even reply. We have contacted RR about these reviews, and they say they can be removed if we pay their fee. Which, I should mention, goes up anytime they wish. On the other hand, if we agree to pay this fee, they would allow plenty of “fake” good reviews. This is why you will see companies that you KNOW have terrible customer service with good ratings there. They simply pay. This is a very common practice for them. It is incredibly frustrating to not be able to address issues listed. If you were to google “resellerratings fraud”, you will see that we are not alone in our struggle. I know this may come across as a long winded rant, but it’s just what we are facing. I see our customer service team bending over backwards to help people, chasing down fedex trucks to get ONE last package on the truck because they promised a customer it would go that day for a birthday gift, just to see people saying we don’t care and with no way to reply. I’m sure you can understand why I get a little worked up about it 🙂

    I used them once. They kept sending me products after I cancelled them and I didn’t notice they were charging my credit card (my fault for not paying attention) because I was not receiving the product in the mail. All in all it took 4 months after I realized it (so 6 months in all) and told them to stop. They finally stopped but they never apologized or even explained how I was never getting the product in the mail that they were charging me for. Not a good company to do business with.

      i had to cancel it and still got charged 100$ for what i thought i was paying 30$ not to count that they told me they send the package in the mail and it got lost 2x in the mail i will never EVER EVER EVER buy this .it works but they charge you an arm and a leg they bill you in 3 installments where you think you pay 30$ buy you end up paying more than that

        If you are speaking of Proactiv directly, they do specify it’s autoship, depending which package you decide on.

      Acne Free is just as good. I’ve tried both kits and had good results for adult acne. Acne Free is cheaper, in stores and sends out manufacturer coupons.

    I used ProActiv for over 15 years and I started using a simple baking soda and water paste to wash my face and it has never looked better…going on 2 years and I will never go back to ProActiv! Just sharing! Hopefully this helps some!

    I ordered this deal and it took the 10 full business days just for the order to be prepared for shipment. Then another 2 days for the shipping info to be sent to postal service. 2 weeks later and it hasn’t even left a place less than 6 hours from me. I will not be using this company again.

    And an update on this, when I finally received the product it was not like the proactiv I was used to using all these years. My first clue was the smell, it was not good and then the feeling of my skin after I used it was also different. Not clean. This prompted me to look for an expiration date on the package. There was no date listed which is also odd for proactiv. 13Deals said they’d refund me but I had to pay for shipping back. There should have been something listed in the deal that said this information. Waste of time and money!
