Hi Collin, the stipulation is that it is for K-1st grade teachers. They do have an art contest for 6-9 year old for a chance at $500 scholarship.

This is great! I’m not an educator at a school, but I work with children who have autism and we always need toothbrushes and things to work on self help skills!!
I wish it was for fifth graders. Sometimes they need a reminder about hygiene

If you read the print at the top of the entry form it says it has to be submitted by June 19, 2015, so it’s expired.
I think that’s for the art contest.
