   Check what you actually paid for this! I ordered two of them, received them yesterday and I see that today my bank has refunded the $13.99 plus tax and I am being charged $23.52 for each one. I have emailed Eddie Bauer. I ordered them on 10/23 so should have received free shipping. When I ordered and paid it was correct.

  The same thing happened to me. I was originally charged $13.99 through PayPal and now my account shows that Im being charged $23.63. They added $7.99 for shipping without authorization.
