    What on earth is going on with all of the reviews saying these explode?! Does anybody have any input? It looks like at least some of the people are just using them normally and having this happen.

      It happened to my friend. My explanation is that it happens when temperatures change dramatically. Example, she took her container straight out of the fridge and put it in the microwave on high for 10 minutes and the Pyrex container exploded. With that being said. I still feel safer microwaving glass instead of plastic. I own many sets of Pyrex containers that I microwave and have not had them explode before.
