Slight OT: Can anyone recommend a vacuum or a deal that would be awesome for tile flooring? We no longer have carpet so my current vacuum is not useful but I just don’t know what’s the best route for keeping the tile floor clean. TIA!
Jamie, I love my shark navigator swivel vacuum for my tile floors. It has good enough suction to work really nicely on hard floors in my opinion. I also use the shark steam mop for mopping and it’s a great combo. I used to use a swiffer wetjet but got sick of buying the pads and solution, the shark mop has a washable microfiber pad that’s easy to throw in the washer and get clean or even rinse off and wring out midway through cleaning depending on how much square footage you have and how dirty the floors are. HTH!

There are a few Bissell spot cleaners I have 3 small dogs and baby on the way not many area rugs and a few cloth chairs can anyone recommend the best spot cleaner to get??

Jamie, this is not a “deal” but some can be found (yes, they are expensive), but we absolutely love our Roomba. Thought my husband lost his ever-loving mind when he recommended we get one for Christmas on year, and now, I would not do without it (in fact, we’ve gone through 2 so far since we use it so much). It does not replace/take the place of a good down to earth cleaning every month, but just my 2 cents worth.

I second the Roomba! I absolutely love mine on my hardwood floors. A shark steam mop works great on tile to clean it regularly. For deep cleaning, a borax and water mix works the best. Hth!
Isn’t that insane, Beth! Yes, I truly thought, no way, when my husband suggested it. Now, when I clean out the little dirty thingy, I am truly amazed at all the little bits of sand/grit that it sucks up. We have a Rat Terrier and it picks up all her fur balls!
