For the first time I received a mailer from shopyourway on Friday for $20 back in points if I spend $20, but there is no barcode or any sort of numbers on the card, I even checked my account and there is nothing about this there either. Anyone know how I can redeem this offer? Do I just purchase something for $20 and hope the $20 will post to my account? TIA

If you add something to your cart that’s over $20 and go to checkout it should say how many points you’ll earn on that order. It will show the $20 in points. To earn the points you have to spend $20 after all points and coupons are applied.

I has the absolute WORST time with Sears customer service. I ordered a jacket for my husband on Black Friday and they shipped the wrong size. I called and while they said I could exchange it they would NOT honor the price I originally paid and they were going to charge me the difference! My package slip said XXL but they sent a L…totally THEIR fault and yet they were going to charge me. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to get it resolved…3 managers later they charged me for it again and said to mail the first one back and they would refund it…lets hope they do! I will never order from them again!
I ordered a fleece women’s jacket. They sent me the wrong color. I ordered gray and they sent me black. I talked with someone and they said they would get back with me. I have yet to hear from anyone. I don’t have a Sears close by to exchange in stores.
I had similar experience with Kmart where they sent me wrong color and I kept it becasue I did not want to pay more. Next time it happened with Sears order, I went in store and exchanged it without paying extra amount. HTH
I ordered two pairs of Sketchers and they send it to me with security tag attached to it 🙁 So I had to take it to the store to remove it. The whole point of online order is not to go to the store and wait in the checkout lane to be assisted. So disappointed 🙁
