This is such an easy and adorable craft! If you’d prefer crackers or other snack foods, try looking for similar shaped boxes! It can also be used as a small gift basket idea for other occasions and holidays. How cute would the candy basket be to present a movie gift card? Or possibly a teacher end of the year gift? Cute!

I always use pails or sand castle molds as their ‘baskets’. It helps get everyone fired up for the approaching warm weather and something to look forward to.

She puts cute lip glosses and candy we like for the girls and beef jerky and some money and shaving stuff for the guys. She gets really creative and we all enjoy the fun!! She always says we are her kids no matter how old we get 😊 and of course she does the same for her 2 grandbabies tooπŸ˜‰

I saw these baskets on Pinterest last year and made them for my college age son and his girlfriend. Filled them with small items like gift cards, DVDs, jewelry etc. So hard to buy for at that age, and they both loved them!

The Dollar Tree had candy boxes with an Easter theme – Mike and Ike and M&M. I just finished making two for my kids. They came out great and are so colorful. I didn’t even bother with a handle. Love the way they came out.
