  Two out of three items got cancelled last week and just got a cancellation notice for the third one. They offered a 20% off my next purchase this time.

  Same here. Very disappointed since I got such a great deal. I have never shopped there or ordered from them before so not sure I will again. BTW, my email says to get the 20% off, I will make a purchase then contact customer service for a 20% credit. I assume that means 20% credit to use on a future purchase, but I did not read closely as I was pretty annoyed.
