Love the bamboo shoe storage rack. I use it in my mud room. Has held up great especially in the winter with snow boots and other shoes.

I need a solid shoe rack so that my stilettos don’t poke through. I tried putting cardboard on the rack to help but it just looks tacky. Any suggestions?
The container store has shelf liners that are clear hard plastic (Elfa collection). And fabric stores have hard clear plastic on bolts very cheap with those 50% off coupons. If you are creative you can dress it up but pretty much pull over sides sew or staple over edge (wrap around to bottom sew through first opening) if it’s not stable enough.
