I found an awesome deal on Jansport backpacks at my local Staples in Central PA. They had Jansport Superbreak backpacks in “Fluorescent Pink” (Staples SKU# 580442) and “Amazon Green” (Staples SKU# 1958182) on clearance for $4 each, regularly $47.99!
Also, a Jansport Women’s Agave in “Midnight Sky/Purple Night” (Staples SKU# 1958183) for $7, regularly $64.99! Unfortunately when I search on the Staples website they are not showing up, but hopefully some other readers can score this great deal!
Did you know that JanSport offers a lifetime warranty on ALL backpacks, bags, and luggage! If your pack ever breaks down, simply return it to their warranty center with the warranty repair form found here. They’ll fix it or if they can’t, they’ll replace it or refund it.

These are great to donate. Our library usually collects new backpacks in the summer to donate to foster children who use backpacks to carry all their worldly possessions between homes.

I guess it depends on what state you live in? All the public schools in my area only allow mesh or see-through school bags. (It was the same when I lived in another state).

I wish I live closer to staples. Also you can donate to operation homefront, they run a great program for military families for school supplies over the summer.

Nothing at my local Staples in Naperville, IL. Just took the quick trip there to check. They have Jansport, but just high end.

The Fitbit charger was on clearance at Staples for $79.99 (normally $129.99). They were out of it but ordered it online for me and price adjusted to the in store clearance price. And I used the discounted staples card you had posted a while ago to buy it. Thanks!

Yayy I was able to find the $7 one. I used a 15% off coupon which brought it to $6.37 after taxes. Thanks for the heads up. Unfortunately only one was in the store. to those that are asking, these aren’t marked down and the employees, including the manager, were surprised to see such a low markdown.

I was able to find two more at another staples. Those were $6. I picked up two and used a $10 coupon that was mailed out to me last month. $2.14 for two Bags. These were both aqua colored. They had two large pockets then a smaller one in front.

I was able to get two more of the agave series ($85 orig) for $7 at a third staples. This completed my needs, yay.,
Btw it was actually called Spanish teal, and the bag was “big student” which is larger than the superbreak bag.
Jab sport definitely sticks to their warranty! My parents bought my brother and I one in first grade. Needless to say, we were rough on our backpacks. We got new ones every 2-3 years when they got holes or frayed for free their their warranty program till we graduated.

Got a green one for $4, a teal one for $6, and the blue/purple one mentioned in the post for $7 in Valparaiso, IN. They were NOT marked on clearance but they rang up at the reduced prices. Such a great deal!
If you happen to live in San Jose, CA or Morgan Hill, CA. I’ve called all the stores and they do not have them 🙁
These don’t show up in the system since they r on clearance.
You need to go to the store and pick up a few and let them price scan them.
I went to three dif stores and all the employees were shocked when the prices were so low. Some stores did t have them anywhere near the clearance, others had them on clearance for $30 and another had it at clearance, but without a price sticker. random colors are being reduced. So maybe Spanish teal big student is $6 but another color will ring at $46.
Yeah you’re totally right. I sometimes wondered how thorough the sales associates checked when I called the stores. Some however, did mention being out of them and that they were once on clearance for the $4.00 price even before I mentioned anything more.
I’m going to stop by the Staples near my house tomorrow (fingers crossed that the associates were wrong) 🙂
