I was not impressed with their corporate responses. I was told that they adhere to acceptable norms of the area their restaurants are in. They basically insulted the city I live in as if what we witnessed was “normal” for my area.
Hubby and I went to dinner and they allowed a guy in with a ripped sleeveless Tshirt and his shorts nearly down to his knees. The entire row of booth patrons had full view of the front and back of his boxer short underwear! It was ridiculous and every patron in that row was looking at the guy.
I voiced how inappropriate it was and that the manager told us she couldn’t do anything, the restaurant lacks a policy. So we write corporate and the response was they allow what the area allows. No other restaurant I know of in my area allows this. Very disappointing.
Well, everyone better get used to situations such as this with the direction this country is going. Back in the day, men wore suits everywhere and women dressed nice. This country is more relaxed now than it used to be. You can’t say anything about it either because then you may offend someone for what they look like. All I can say is, you are free to take your business elsewhere.
I cant believe how vastly the service differs by location. The ones in Kansas City are amazing and they are always packed. I’ve been to the one in Rockford twice and I always vow its my last time bc the service is so bad. I keep hoping its going to get better bc their food is so good, but no improvement. 🙁
