I bought this pool and used it the last 2 summers, getting ready for summer #3. My kids love it, they were 3 and 5 when we first got it. Easy set up, low maintenance and it’s nice because both my kids could touch the bottom but still “swim” 🙂
Is this pool easy to clean and maintain it being clean? I have never owned a pool outside of a blow up haha. I want to get my kids something nicer this summer. This is such a great price for something with such great reviews.
My friend got a saltwater filtration system and its a lot easier than use chlorine. Think she said overall it was cheaper too and better on her skin and swim suits.
Do you happen to know which saltwater system she got?
Intex Krystal clear saltwater system model #cg 28669. She said it hooks up with the system that comes in the box. And you’ll have to buy bags of salt ( the kind for water softeners I believe )

My dad has a big sand filter he used for his 20′ dutchboy(?) brand pool that he just got rid of… Does anyone know if I could use a much that (a much higher quality pump/filter) for this intex pool? We’ve got pools like this in the past, and the filter that comes with it just doesnt cut it for our very rusty water, and 4 kiddos… Any input would be great!
Heather I’m with you, the filter is not great and I bought the vacuum to attach to it and that doesn’t work.. It says it’s compatible but I have tried everything.
