You can cancel anytime online very easy, I just set a reminder in my phone. It’s worth using as you get a free credit each month for a $15 dollar brand new book!

If you cancel within the next week, you won’t get the full three months of credits. They give them out one per month, so you have to cancel within the last month if you want them all.
The $10 credit showed up within an hour.
I did this deal a couple days ago, but the $10 credit still has not shown up in my account.
Jennifer—hope this helps…The credit will only be visible and applied when you place a qualifying order for new items shipped and sold by Amazon.com at checkout. This promotional credit doesn’t appear in Your Account, where you will only see gift card balances.
You will see it in the final stage of checkout for items sold by amazon.com.
Is items fulfilled by Amazon the same as sold by Amazon? Because I received an email saying I did get the 10$ credit but when trying to check out an item, I dont see the credit. It’s an item sold by Anker and fulfilled by amazon. TIA

This happened to me too. When I logged into my supposed audible acct using my Amazon info, it shows I’ve been a member since 12/31/1899. I think this is what’s preventing me from taking advantage of the promo, and I’m afraid they won’t get back to me today about it :/ So frustrated.

how soon can we cancel the subscription?
They give the Audible credits out one per month, so you can cancel the after the third credit is issued but before the next month’s credit is charged.

As of right now they’ve turned off live chat for this and put up a notice that a lot of customers are having problems signing up for this. I wasn’t able to start a trial even though I’ve never used audible.

I am sooooo confused. I did go on live chat, where I was told that I needed to sign up through Audible? I keep saying that it was an Amazon promotion, and he keep saying i had to have an Audible account to take advantage of the promotion. I am so frustrated.

For those of you who were able to get this promotion, how did you do it? As noted just above, the Amazon live chat person told me I had to sign up through Audible to get the promotion. I went to Audible, and there’s no mention of the promotion, and the free trial is only for 30 days.

Great question, I had the exact same one and just looked this up the other day. So for Audible, you are buying the audiobooks and you get to keep them even if you cancel your audible subscription. As for Kindle Unlimited, you are only renting the audiobooks and can have a max of 10 at one time. Since they are rentals you don’t get to keep them if you stop subscribing to KU.

Does anyone know if I can get these books using a nook tablet? I have a book and not a kindle. I know there is a kindle app but the format of the books are also different for book and kindle. Has anyone had success?
Audible is an audiobook app so you would download that app on your nook.
