I’ve ordered from them before and it’s a hit and miss on their stock (a few of my things got cancelled), but there website is really slow! I spent an hour trying to even get onto the website and it keeps saying to refresh 🙁

I ordered Brooks last time they were listed on Hip2save. The shoes arrived on time, brand new in the box. I would order from this company again.

Last time there was a deal I ordered Brooks 13 Glyceryin…they charged my account and a month later when I finally realized I hadn’t received them I wrote them and they said they were sorry they had none in stock and would refund my money. At that time I went on their site and they were still taking orders for the same ones I ordered. I complained…left negative feedback on their fb site…no answer. I would NEVER order from them again.
Ordered shoes two months ago and had no issues. Clean, new and relatively fast.
