Sorry Dyson….You broke in half after a year of use, your cannister cracked, and your plastic roller protectors all snapped off and ruined my favorite rug…too fragile for me. I dumped you for a Shark Professional and couldn’t be happier.

Most have a 5 year warranty- did you call them? I have 5 Dysons around my house and LOVE every one of them!!
I would have called them I had an issue with a motor burning out after a year and they sent me a whole new vacuum within a week always contact customer service for any product you might be surprised
Same here Crystal we have a Dyson on every level of the house and love them I tried a shark vacuum but it didn’t compare to Dyson will never buy anything else
I really should’ve called them before I got mad and put it out for the garbage truck but..if I did…if never would’ve discovered my Shark Professional; )
Note: this is a low suction wattage dyson.

This is not the small Dyson. This vacuum is the Dyson Multi floor with a suction of 270. It works amazing and easily goes from carpet to tile.
