We have one in our living room and one in my husband’s office. Lights go on for a couple hours in the morning and from dusk til around 11pm. You can control it yourself from your phone so you can turn it off or on as needed. You can also be really annoying to the person who is in the room and make the lights flicker on and off! (My husband did that when we first got them.)
