My target in sierra vista az is not honoring this for iced coffee with espresso drinks ( so not good for caramel machiato).
Whats coffee would be good without its espresso?! It would not be called coffee anyway and how would they honour National Coffee Day then? I wonder…

Cold brew is so easy to make! Steep 1/3 cup ground coffee in 1 3/4 cups cold water in fridge or at room temperature overnight. Strain and store in fridge. To serve, dilute with water, milk, cream, and/or ice to taste.

The picture in the post says Thursday 9/29. but it’s likely a regional offer. When I asked at the Starbux inside Target when I was shopping today, the girl said no special promo’s today, but tomorrow & Sat they’re having 40% off all Frapps.
My Target in Friendswood, Texas said they weren’t running this special today – they did yesterday. The manager was really nice though and took 50% off for me.
Same here my Marshfield, WI Target store does not honor any Starbucks promotion. One very bad thing about it is, it does not redeem your Starbucks Rewards. So I have to drive to Wausau or StevesPoint to redeem my point. Sad they miss customers like me who are addicted to Starbucks. Now I go to Dunkin Donuts, which are recently open few months ago.
