I saw this one for $288
Don’t buy a dyson if you have long haired people or pets…the roller brush will burn out and ruin your vacuum. Had this for less than 6 months before it became a $300 paperweight. Will never buy a dyson again.

You are absolutely correct. We are LONG time lovers of Dyson and have owned many over the last decade. We recently decided to take a chance and switch to a Shark however, due to all of the glowing reviews. We bought the XL Lift Away. I have to admit, it works about 100x better than our Dyson’s. I will never buy another Dyson again, after seeing real-time what a Shark does.

Can anyone tell me if a Roomba or a Dyson is better? We have hardwood floors throughout except in our basement. We have 1 cat with medium length fur. We’re in the market for a new vacuum and I like the idea of the Roomba because it takes foreeeever to sweep and I do it multiple times a day since I have a 5 year old who spills a lot haha.
