Yes, it was my first time signing up. Thats why I did it to get the $20 off. I already have a Roku and didn’t really need it but thought it was too good of deal to pass up.
Is this accurate? I’m on the phone with HSN customer service now. It showed it being applied but after submitting order it took it away.
After she checked with someone else she then told me it was because that code couldn’t be used on Today’s Special which is a already discounted price. Bad first experience trying to order from HSN. So the post probably needs a update so others won’t find out after the fact. Thanks Collin.
I recommend this to Debbie plus other family members this didn’t work for them is there someway to find out if this code is supposed to work with this item so they can be refunded.
Darn! I am still finding the code to work at checkout when using Visa Checkout as my payment method.
She said ot worked until she confirmed after she confirmed price changed. She called and they gave her some misinformation because I have used the code on makeup and worked fine.
So the reason she gave was incorrect? If so I’d like to get back with them about a credit.
Collin, I called HSN again to see if I could get this corrected. She also told me that the $20 off $40 CANNOT be used with the Daily Special Presale Item or Clearance. I just cancelled the order. Disappointed I had to do that but wasnt something I had to have. Thanks for sharing the deals.
