I ordered the gap options one a few weeks ago with the intent to use it on black friday. It got there in time, but took longer than I thought an egiftcard would take. It arrived in my email about three days after I placed the order.

They are on sams club right now. I think increments of $10 and $15
I got my Gap gift card within 1 day. Ordered it on Thanksgiving night and received it the next day. You should definitely get it by tomorrow!
