I ordered one 3 days ago, payment was withdrawn, and I received a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Today I received an e-mail telling me my request to return the sweater has been approved and another e-mail telling me the returned sweater has been processed. I haven’t received the sweater, and certainly didn’t return it. I tried calling the company — over an hour wait. I entered my number to have a call back — 4 hours later I haven’t received a call.
This same thing happened to me as well. I went on Newegg’s live chat and they stated that this item is being sold by a third party. They told me “Upon checking, I see that the Seller has sent an email to inform you that the item is out of stock. In addition, the Seller has issue a return for a refund for you.” I informed them that I never received an email saying the item was out of stock, only that I submitted a return. They told me they would contact the seller to have them resend the email to me. My account has not yet been credited back, though. I imagine it will take a couple days. Bummer 🙁
