No they don’t allow price matching and cartwheel. Also you can use the cartwheel and the $10 off $50 coupon together if you buy $50 in toys. If it doesn’t work at the register go to customer services after purchase and they will adjust it for you. Back when the cartwheel toy deal of the day started you could do it at the register now I have to go to customer service.
A lady at my Target told me that this month they’re only price matching to Target.com.

I just left Target and looking at my receipt they did price patch the Yo-Kai 2 watch for my son. It is $29.99, I price matched to Walmart for $22.50, cartwheel is 15% off, so it rang up at $19.12. I also used the $10 off of $50 and my redcard, I purchased a few other items too. I will attempt to do it for the kitchen but can’t until after 5pm. Good luck everyone!!
