Has anyone had a negative experience with dayspring? I am hoping my frustration isn’t a common occurrence and I am just dealing with grumpy people. I messed up last night and accidently placed an order last night before entering in the promo code. It took me to PayPal and normally (on other websites) it will ask you to confirm after you put in your PayPal information. With dayspring it did not. It just automatically placed the order. So I immediately went to cancel the order and there was NO OPTION to do that. UGH. They didn’t open till 8am CST this morning. So around 8:15 I called. My order has already been processed and there is no way to cancel it. The rep I talked to wasn’t nice or compassionate at all about my frustration. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told none was available till 8:30am. The rep told me my only option was to refuse the FedEx package. Oh and when I asked why there wasn’t an option to cancel an order online she was very snotty about it and said “well, we just don’t have that option” Sorry to rant I am at work and cant call a supervisor… I emailed them so I am hoping I just got a rep having a bad day and that this isn’t a everyday occurrence! thanks for listening to me vent =)

I had the same issue! I emailed, and they finally said that because I used PayPal they would work with me. This was their response:
I am sorry that PayPal did not direct you back to our site. We are working on that issue on our site. I did not realize that you had ordered through PayPal. Where you wanting to add to the order or do you not what this order at all? I would be happy to work with you on this and get the rest of the order or a coupon code put through. Or, if you just do not want the order at all, I will send a prepaid label or you can refuse the order and it will come back to us.
Our orders process through very quickly once they come through so within about 5 to 7 minutes of placing the order it is processed and in our warehouse.
