Christmas is now 90% off at my Walgreens in Mississippi. It is all still marked 70% off but rings up 90% off. Singing stuffed toys, lots of candy, ornaments, etc. I got tons of wrapping paper and not all the wrapping paper is necessarily “Christmassy” so it could be used for birthdays or other occasions.
I got some red/white polka dot paper for my daughters Minnie Mouse birthday party. There is also a lot of beautiful foil paper that would be great for any occasion!

I got Star Wars puzzles, ornaments, chaser lights, Harry and David towers of truffles and chocolate mixed with caramel popcorn, boxes and red flood lights, nothing was more than 1.18. I saved $88!!

I went to 3 Walgreens all close by each other. Each one had different things left. One manager said he NEVER saw the lights marked down to 90% before and his store had LOTS of them left. I got 40 foot extension cords for $1.79, rolls of paper for .29 cents, 40 count packages of napkins and paper plates for 29 cents each, gift bag 4 packs for 49 cents, 12 packs of gift boxes for 59 cents etc etc. I had alot of fun and spent very little money!
Wow! I’ll have to stop again. I got tissue paper at 70% off the other day and thought I had hit the jackpot. They also had Star Wars candy tins that I thought I could easily do for my son for Valentine’s Day. He’s 7 and I’m sure wouldn’t care if it wasn’t in a heart box! 😉
Got tape at mine. Not much else left. Just a huge display of scotch tape marked 90%off. Did not ring as 90% though. But it was adjusted down.
Thanks so much! I went at my lunch time and got gift boxes, a beautiful light up Christmas tree about 12 inches talk that plays music, and a popcorn gift tin. 90% off is such a steel! My coworkers tease me and say its my favorite store because its only a block away from my work and pretty much score after every holiday or school supply season.

My Walgreens manager told me that our store is 90% off until this Thursday – at which point they will pack up everything that is left and ship it away. So if you want these deals get there ASAP! My West Michigan store had tons of lights, Star Wars candy (that my son will pass out for Valentine’s Day!), large foil pans for cooking turkey were only 10 cents, plus really cute gift tags and gift boxes. I bought a cartload of stuff for $5!
300ct lights $1.29, led 100ct lights .99, all kinds of candy .11-.32, emoji slippers .99… Lots of good stuff.
How long does chocolate last? Specifically giradelli?
Hi Sasha, the Ghirardelli chocolate should have an expiration date on it. My mom loves the 72% dark. I get her the bags whenever there is a deal. On the bags the expiration date is on the back at the top of the flap. Usually the dates are pretty far in the future but I always check to be sure. Happy shopping.

I snag some Christmas decorations and lights too when I went to my local walgreens!!! And it was awesome because I got me a Christmas lights for next year for just a $1.29. Awesome! They have some shower laser lights for half a price too!!!

My Walmart marked all Christmas to 10cents today, got Disney Tsum Tsum advent calender, Disney wrapping paper, some ornaments and some stocking stuffers.
Hi thank you for the heads up…just wanted to tell everyone that the some of the petshoppe stuff rang up 90 off too got a dog bed, dog bowls, dog ceramic treat jar and dog treats. Think they were all $1.49 and under!
My store had the holiday flavors of the Brownie Brittle on the xmas clearance, it was .34 cents and then I got 50 cents back from Ibotta for it!
So the candy is also 90% off as well?
Was at my store on Sat. They didn’t have the gift sets or like “wrapped gifts” marked down past 25%. They said they don’t because of Valentines right around the corner, many people buy them for that… What a big bummer. & they had lots of that stuff left too! Has any one else ran into that?
Well – my trip was a disappointment – there was a nice handful of the holiday hand lotion – reg price $2 in the 90% off bin but rang up as only 50% off. Manager would not make any adjustments. So I left it all at the cashier and walked out.
Well – went to a different Walgreens today and had much better luck – quite a bit of candy was still available – well not anymore – I bought it (tee-hee)..And yes gift sets were only 25% off since valentines is right around the corner. I spoke with the manager of this store about the other store I had been to and he stated he has received complaints before about the 1st Walgreens I went to not honoring sale prices. Hmmm.

I scored 3 pack of gift card holders for .19cents. single gift card holders for .19cents, ornament hooks for .09cent, wrapping paper for .29cents, ribbon for .09, and a tiny trolls gift bag for .19cents and lights for 1.29. happy to get these deals. but wish I would of stopped a looked a little longer yesterday could of got a ton of the little paper goodies bags for .2cents that I use every year for work gift giving and the kids at home and tsum tsum. Might check another store and see if any are left.

Just saying, you have up to February 28th, to score some awesome deals. Though some of the obvious Christmas items ring up full price, while the less obvious ring up as 90% off. As you do some Valentine’s day shopping, make sure to look for those clearance Christmas items. I went to about 15 stores, and found a ton of stuff. Food and toys, mostly. Hallmark items in Jersey City do not want to ring up as 90 and ring in as 70% off. Across town, in Union City, the B1G1 Free toys were 75% off. They had a ton left!
