Has anyone used this shampoo?
Was wondering the same thing
I tried it and didn’t care for it. Didn’t care for the quality at that price point. I wouldn’t buy it again.
I’ve bought these the past two years when they are at Costco after the New Year. It’s my favorite. They smell like a tropical drink and moisterize really well. I have curly hair that is easy to frizz.
Yes, i love it. My hair look so shiny.
I tried it when it first came out a couple of years ago. I liked it, but didn’t keep using it as I went for the cheaper brand as I use 2 conditioners to 1 shampoo and didn’t wanna spend another $15 to finish the shampoo lol
Thanks for the feedback Danii! Happy to hear you liked it!
I LOVE it ! I also use the oil and it is great! My daughter has curly hair and it helps big time!
Good to know it works well on curly hair! Thanks for sharing!
These are so amazing! When i first used it people asked what if i did something new to my hair since it was so healthy looking. Definitely stocking up .the Costco I’m at has a bonus sample on the shampoo and the conditioner!
Sweet! Thanks for sharing your experience Katy! Awesome to hear how healthy it makes your hair look!
Does anyone know if this is a more natural shamp/cond? Thanks!
Just read up on it real fast, looks like it doesn’t have the harsher chemicals in it. Thanks Collin and team!
I am 40yrs old have dry curly hair, have been through every product in the known universe…..and I can’t live without this conditioner!
Sweet! Thanks for the great review!
Yeah I am 4 years old, PITA as a name makes me giggle. My boyfriend calls me that all the time…
4 years old, with a boyfriend, and posting on a couponing site?! Times sure are changing. When I was 4 all I wanted to do was play.
I think she means the acronym for PITA makes her feel like a 4 year old 😉
I think she was being a little “tongue in cheek” lol
I always say you’re a PITA hahaha!
Also available at Costco online with free shipping and the discount if you don’t want to fight the store congestion..
Thanks! I have that listed above as well! 🙂
What a strange name for a product line: ORLANDO PITA?? Who are the ad wizards that came up with that one?
Ha ha, Seinfeld SNL
It’s the name of the man who created the brand.
This is my favorite shampoo and conditioner!! The smell is great! Coconutty! 🙂
Good to know how nice they smell! Thanks for the feedback!
Buying shampoo and conditioner is a waste. I stopped using all hair products and my hair has never looked better. People constantly compliment me on how good my hair looks and they always ask what products I use on it. The secret is not using anything! Okay, I do use one thing in my hair, coconut oil, but that is it.
You’re right 👍
DearMommaof6 – please tell me what you do – do you rinse it – wash your hair with something natural like water and vinegar or how you went about going off hair products….
Was there a transition period? My hair is very fine and thin – so it goes flat very easily……
Details please

I actually rarely ever let water touch my hair. I would say never but rain, pools, beaches, etc. I started out doing the baking soda wash but didn’t like the results so I stopped and moved on to only water rinsing. We have hard water so that didn’t work out too well so I just cut out water completely. My hair was a mess for a good 2-4 months. It looked and felt greasy to the touch. I had to brush/comb to get the buildup out of my hair. My brushes and combs would get so loaded with gunk. I had to wash them daily. I wore my hair up in buns almost daily. I had long hair so I envisioned waiting a long time for the shampoo (silicone) buildup to come completely off so I cut my hair short after a few months. I now have long hair again and it is more beautiful than ever. At first it takes lots of work but in my opinion the results are well worth it. I do still rinse my hair with water after taking a dip in a pool or the beach and make sure that cleans out the salt or chlorine. I water rinse as needed (try to keep it minimal) and my hair looks a little beat up for about 2-3 days after ( I think because of the hard water). I do most combing/brushing at night before bed. I run my comb or fingers through my hair quickly in the morning and that’s it. I would like to add that I workout twice a day. I go hard and sweat a lot when working out and my hair does not smell like sweat at all.
What does it smell like? I purchased the Suave professional moroccon shampoo and conditioner when it was a great deal, but the scent makes me sick to my stomach…anybody know if this is similar?
While the appearance and odor of unwashed hair may be attractive to you, that doesn’t mean that everyone else shares your personal hygiene standards. You can stick to no poo…I’ll stick to actually removing sweat and buildup from my hair.
Does anyone know if this has a natural coconut smell or more of a fragrance strong coconut smell? I suffer from chronic migraines and am sensitive to smell and I know Costco would return it, I just wouldn’t want to go through that hassle
I love this shampoo and conditioner. I always stock up when these go on sale. It lathers well and the a little goes a long way with the conditioner too. It smells tropical and errs on the heavy scent side, which I don’t mind but some may. It came with a bonus oil that is my fav! It takes the frizz right out and leave a great shine to my hair. For the size and quality, at the $9.99 price, its definitely worth buying.
Thanks for the awesome review Kristi!
