   Clark’s/Bostonian carries quite a few models. These are the exact style that my husband loves to wear to work, and as I understand it, they are one of their high-ish end options. We recently spent a great deal of time trying/comparing men’s dress shoes, due to some changes in his work wardrobe and a long history of foot/back pain. After several months he says they are extremely lightweight, supportive (he is able to remove the insole and add Dr. Scholl’s orthotic insert to them for a little more support) and comfortable to wear to work all day in an active office job.

   A tip if you’re looking at getting these: Jos. A Bank sells a nice shoe tree that often goes on sale for less than half price (keep an eye out around the holiday season). Putting these in the shoe at the end of the day and leaving them for 24-48 hours will help maintain the shape; alternatively you can stuff the shoes w/ newspaper or the stuffing that comes in them during shipment. And if they are worn everyday, it’s best to have 2 pairs to rotate, for the sake of both the shoes and the feet.

   Thanks for posting, H2S. I was able to get a couple of backup pairs as replacements for when his current pairs wear out!

  My.husband has a few clarks and they tend to run SLIGHTY big for him. He is a 12 and about half of his clarks are 11 and the other half are 12. I don’t know how helpful this is… sorry!

   Oh my gosh! I feel like you read my mind sometimes 😅 my guy was legitimately complaining the other day that he couldn’t find these below $60 and was going to wait even though his old shoes have a hole in them. Just got him a pair. Thank you!
