   Just a shout out to Macy’s customer service. I forgot to spend my Macy’s money this past time. I emailed customer service to ask them if they could reinstate it. They could not, but did refund almost the amount of the Macy’s money to the card I made the purchase with. So awesome, especially since I was the one who forgot!
